What was the challenge?
As Australia’s leading enterprise IT organisation, Data#3 needed to show their customers they can deliver the digital future. Their current web site was visually dated and hadn’t kept up with the evolution of the Data#3 brand. The content was complex and had grown beyond the navigation structure, however their knowledge centre had over one thousand articles that were well utilised and provided a great entry point via internet search.

What did we do next?
ROMEO started with a strategic review of the information architecture and reframed the navigation in a way that put the customer first. We ensured a customer looking for a service or solution had clear paths to the content they needed, framed within the context of the Data#3 industry partners like Cisco, HP and Microsoft. Once that structure was in place our UX team created an engaging and beautiful site with the Data#3 brand.
At the heart of the development was the client need to maintain their own content. The Data#3 marketing and product team were CMS savvy they just needed content management they could use to create a site that was compelling and fitted the brand.
We ported the valuable knowledge centre over to the new site incorporating the new brand and adding categorisation and a powerful search.
Finally, every call to action integrated with Data#3’s chosen CRM so that site leads went straight to the right people within Data#3.
