With Dream Decider, Stockland can lead the market by understanding buyer’s needs and helping them meet their expectations before, during, and after a visit to the display village.

The Dream Decider PWA turns buyer’s mobile phones into a powerful guide and comparison tool, no app download required. At arrival, visitors can create a custom wish list from 35 display homes based on home size, architecture type, bedrooms, bathrooms, or builders. Then visitors find a selection of matching homes to explore, fully guided by Dream Decider. Each homes have 3D virtual tours, photo, and video for people to explore at home after their display home visit.
