The RBWH Foundation’s 40th Anniversary in 2025 is more than just a milestone, it is a recognition of four decades of patient care, innovation, and community impact. As well as looking back to honour the past, this anniversary is about strengthening community connections, inspiring future support and driving medical advancements. We needed a way to bring to life the inspiring stories of strength and resilience of the patients and staff of the RBWH and the donors that have made 40 years of ground-breaking medical research and patient care possible.

We created the 40 YEARS STRONG campaign platform, showcasing a range of digital activations and campaign collateral. To connect with the 600,000 patients and their families visiting the hospital annually, we built a large-scale digital clock installation in the main foyer featuring contactless donation technology, as well as a 15-screen digital wall highlighting key moments throughout the foundation's history. The campaign extended across the hospital with posters, lift graphics and large-scale banners, while online we launched the "40 Strong Stories" series - a digital collection of inspiring staff and patient stories crafted by renowned author and artist-in-residence Nick Earls.
