We created Resources WIDE, a hub designed to help HR managers in mining and resources companies recruit and retain diverse talent. By prioritising diversity, equity, and inclusion, we helped the Queensland Resource Council implement a strategy that extends their reach to new sources of employees. Resources WIDE showcases research-based strategies and practical tools to build a more sustainable, inclusive, and stronger workforce.
